One of the ways United Methodist Women support missions is through the purchase of Special Mission Recognition Award Pins (SMR). It is also an opportunity for the United Methodist Women of Memorial Drive to honor special persons who have distinguished themselves in advancing the purpose of United Methodist Women. Award recipients do not need to be members of United Methodist Women. Our unit honors five individuals at our General Meeting in May of each year. If you wish to nominate someone, please do so by using this form and submitting it to Barbara Morehouse, Committee Chairman. Separately, if you wish to honor a friend or colleague individually at the May meeting, please contact Barbara so that she can place your pin order with the unit’s order. All money for Special Mission Recognition Pins goes directly to missions.
